Funlet for volunteer teams
Organize your volunteers, without the back-and-forth
Run service days, signups, and shifts from your phone or web browser. Describe what you need, and funlet sends the invite, collects the replies, nudges non-responders, and tells you when a shift is full.

What you can do
Built for the way volunteer teams run
Find the best time for your group
Offer up to 3 times and invitees vote on the best time. Then send an invitation or re-sync to keep trying. Invitees tap to respond right from a text.
See how Get enough volunteers for a shift
Set how many volunteers you need. Funlet keeps the signup open until it's full, then sends you a notification. If someone drops, the spot reopens to invitees who haven't already declined, first come first served.
See how Auto-Nudge whoever hasn't replied
Funlet texts the people who haven't responded yet, so you're not chasing replies in the group chat.
See how Run a recurring shift
Set up a repeating event or duplicate a past one. Invitees can respond to all the dates at once or one at a time.
See how Message your volunteers about a shift
Send an update to any combination of invitees: yes, no, maybe, non-responders, or to the whole group.
See how Let volunteers join with a link or QR code
Post a join link or QR code anywhere. Volunteers tap or scan to add themselves, no account needed.
See how No catch
No app, no spam, no catch
Works right in your volunteers' texts. No app to download, no account sign up.
Phone numbers stay private, and anyone can opt out with one text.
Free to start. No credit card, no commitment.
Questions
Funlet for volunteer teams, answered
How do volunteers sign up?
Volunteers get a text and tap a button to RSVP. There is no app to download and no account to create. As people respond, you see who is coming on your event page, and funlet can nudge whoever hasn't replied.
Do volunteers need an app or account?
No. Everything happens in a normal text. Volunteers tap to respond, and their phone numbers stay private. Anyone can opt out with one text.
Can I set how many volunteers I need for a shift?
Yes. Set the number you need and funlet keeps the signup open until it's full, then sends you a notification. If someone drops, the spot is offered to invitees who haven't already declined, first come first served.
How do volunteers get on the list?
Drop a sign-up link via email or in your group chat for volunteers to add themselves, or add their names and numbers manually.
How much does funlet cost?
Funlet is free to start, then moves to a simple monthly plan as your usage grows. The people you invite are never charged. See the pricing page for details.
