Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Funlet, including the Funlet Slack application, the Funlet MCP server (used through AI assistants such as Anthropic Claude and OpenAI ChatGPT), and the related services at funlet.ai (collectively, “Funlet”). Funlet is operated by Dissigno International, Inc., a Delaware corporation doing business as Streamline Ops (“we,” “us,” “our”). By installing, connecting, or using Funlet, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use Funlet.

2. The service and platform relationships

Funlet is a group coordination assistant that helps you plan events, find times that work for groups, and send invitations by SMS, RCS, or in-platform messages.

Funlet operates as a third-party application across multiple platforms. Funlet is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or certified by any of the following: Slack Technologies, LLC; Anthropic, PBC; OpenAI, OpenAI OpCo, LLC; Microsoft Corporation; Google LLC. The names, logos, and trademarks of these companies are the property of their respective owners. Your use of any of these platforms is governed by the terms and policies of that platform, which are separate from and in addition to these Terms.

Funlet uses Twilio, Inc. as its messaging carrier. Twilio is not responsible for Funlet or its content.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Funlet. Users under 18 must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. By using Funlet, you represent that you meet these requirements. If you use Funlet on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

4. Accounts

Funlet creates an organizer account when you connect it through a supported platform. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information associated with your account, for maintaining its security, and for any activity that occurs under your account.

We do not require you to create a password. Authentication happens through the platform you use Funlet through.

5. Pricing and billing

Funlet offers a free tier and a paid plan.

Free tier. Each organizer receives 10 free sends, lifetime. A send is a Pulse Check, Sync-up, Re-sync, or Invitation. Nudges and reminders do not count as sends.

Paid plan. After the free tier is used, Funlet charges $6 per organizer per month. An active organizer is one who completes at least one send in a calendar month. Months in which you complete no sends are not billed.

Crew members and invitees who only respond to messages are never charged.

Billing is processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method through Stripe on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time through the in-product billing settings or by emailing support@funlet.ai. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice via email or in-product notification. Continued use of Funlet after a pricing change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

All charges are in US dollars and exclude applicable taxes, which you are responsible for.

7. Acceptable use

You agree to use Funlet only for lawful, personal, or business purposes consistent with its design as a group coordination assistant. You will not use Funlet to:

• send unsolicited messages or spam
• send messages to recipients who have not consented to receive messages from you, or who have opted out
• send promotional or marketing messages (Funlet is not a marketing platform; it is for event coordination only)
• send content that is harmful, abusive, harassing, threatening, defamatory, deceptive, or fraudulent
• send content related to sex, hate, alcohol, firearms, or tobacco / cannabis (the SHAFT-C categories restricted by US carriers)
• impersonate any person or organization
• attempt to bypass our rate limits, security controls, or send-counting mechanisms
• attempt to reverse engineer, disassemble, or extract source code from Funlet
• use Funlet to violate any applicable law or regulation
• use Funlet to violate the terms of any platform through which Funlet is accessed (Slack, Claude, ChatGPT, etc.)

We may suspend or terminate your access if we determine in our reasonable judgment that you have violated this section.

8. Your data

Your use of Funlet is governed by our Privacy Policy at funlet.ai/privacy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

You retain ownership of the data you submit to Funlet. By using Funlet, you grant us a limited license to use that data only as necessary to operate the service for you, as further described in the Privacy Policy.

Funlet does not use your data to train AI or machine learning models.

9. Intellectual property

Funlet, including its software, design, content, and trademarks, is owned by Dissigno International, Inc. and protected by US and international intellectual property laws. These Terms grant you no rights to use our trademarks or branding except as required to display Funlet within the platforms it integrates with.

Third-party trademarks (Slack, Claude, ChatGPT, Anthropic, OpenAI, Microsoft, Google, Stripe, Twilio) are the property of their respective owners and are referenced only for descriptive purposes.

10. Disclaimers

Funlet is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that Funlet will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that defects will be corrected. We do not warrant the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any information provided through Funlet.

Message delivery depends on third-party carriers and platforms. We do not guarantee that any message will be delivered or delivered on time.

Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusion of certain warranties; the exclusions in this section apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dissigno International, Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of Funlet, regardless of the legal theory and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability arising from these Terms or your use of Funlet will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred US dollars (US$100).

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Dissigno International, Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim, liability, damage, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of (a) your use of Funlet, (b) your breach of these Terms, (c) your violation of any law or third-party right, or (d) any content or messages you send through Funlet.

13. Termination

You may stop using Funlet at any time. You can disconnect Funlet through any of the following paths:

• Slack: uninstall Funlet from your Slack workspace
• Claude / ChatGPT / other MCP host: disconnect Funlet through the platform's connector or app settings
• Account-level deletion: ask your AI assistant to delete your Funlet account, or email privacy@funlet.ai

Upon termination, we will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or terminate your access to Funlet at any time, with or without notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms, that your use of Funlet exposes us or others to legal or security risk, or that we are required to do so by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law, dispute resolution) will survive.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date and provide notice — for example, via email or in-product notice — at least 30 days before the change takes effect. Continued use of Funlet after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of Funlet will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.

For users in jurisdictions where the above choice of law or forum is not enforceable, the choice of law and forum will default to the law and courts of your jurisdiction of residence as required by applicable consumer protection law.
