Invitation
An event with a fixed time. Funlet sends your crew a text with the details and Yes, No, and Maybe buttons. As people respond, you see live results on the event page.
Use an Invitation when the time is already decided.
Funlet helps you plan events with your group. Just say what you want to plan and who you're inviting, funlet handles the rest in one place: sending the invitation, collecting RSVPs, sending reminders, nudging non-responders, and managing the event. Recipients respond right from a text. No app, no link, no login.
An Invitation is an event with a fixed time. A Sync-up offers up to 3 time options to check the crew's availability. A Pulse Check just finds out who's interested. Each type is automatically selected in the event builder and editable.

How you find a time that works for your crew. You pick up to 3 time options and funlet sends your crew a text to select all the times that work. Only you see the results.
Use a Sync-up to settle on a time, then send an Invitation.
A quick way to gauge interest before committing to a time or other details. Funlet sends invitees a text with Yes and No buttons. Only the organizer sees the results.
Once you see who's interested, convert it into a Sync-up or Invitation.
Layer on top of any Invitation. Recurring schedules a series and invitees respond to all or week by week. Limit Spots caps how many can say Yes; extras join a waitlist and get texted if a spot opens.
Each person in your crew gets a text with the event details and response buttons. They tap a response right from the text, no app, no link, no login. You see live results as they come in. They can change their response anytime until the event happens by tapping again.

Funlet is available in the US and Canada at launch.
Turn on Reminders to have funlet text Yes and Maybe responders 24 hours before the event. For non-responders, turn on Auto-Invite to nudge them on a cadence you pick: Urgent (every 4 hours, for same-day events), Standard (once a day), or Relaxed (every 3 days). After 2 nudges Auto-Invite pauses. You can also nudge manually anytime from the event page.
For Invitations. Turn on Auto-Invite to nudge non-responders automatically. Pick a cadence: Urgent (every 4 hours, for same-day events), Standard (once a day), or Relaxed (every 3 days). After 2 nudges Auto-Invite pauses.
For Sync-ups. Turn on Auto-sync to nudge non-voters automatically. Pick a cadence: Urgent (every 4 hours), Standard (once a day), or Relaxed (every 3 days). After 2 nudges Auto-sync pauses and you can nudge manually from there.
For Pulse Checks. Turn on Auto-Pulse-Check to nudge non-responders automatically. Pick a cadence: Urgent (every 4 hours), Standard (once a day), or Relaxed (every 3 days). After 2 nudges Auto-Pulse-Check pauses and you can nudge manually from there.
You can also nudge manually anytime from the event page. From any event, tap Nudge to text non-responders or non-voters.
From the event page, edit the event, cancel it, add people, send a message to your crew, or duplicate it to run a similar event later.
From the event page, tap Edit to change name, time, location, or notes. Funlet asks whether to Resend (fresh RSVPs) or Keep current responses.
From the event page, tap Cancel to call it off, and Yes and Maybe responders get a cancellation text. People who replied No aren't notified.
From the event page, tap Add people and pick from your contacts or type new ones. They get the invitation text right away with the same Yes, No, and Maybe buttons. Auto-Invite keeps tracking them like everyone else.
Open any past, active, or cancelled event and tap Duplicate event. Funlet opens a fresh Card 1 with the name, crew, location, notes, reminders, and toggle settings carried over from the original. You pick the new date and time, confirm cadence and cap if Auto-Invite or Limit Spots are on, and tap Send.
Works on Invitations, Sync-ups, and Pulse Checks. The original event isn't changed.
Tap Re-sync on the event page to offer new times if you want to make changes to the Sync-up. Funlet sends a fresh text to your crew with up to 3 new options. Past votes are cleared.
Open the event page and pick the winning time. Funlet converts the Sync-up into an Invitation for that time and sends it to everyone, including people who voted None. From there it works as a regular Invitation.
A Crew is a saved group of people you invite to an event, like "Pickleball crew" or "Dinner club." Create a crew once, then use it for every event instead of adding people one by one. You can have as many crews as you want, and people can be in multiple crews.
Open the Crews tab and tap New crew. Give it a name, then add crew members. You can add people from your contacts, type or paste contact information, or share a crew link so they add themselves.
You can also create a crew on the fly when planning an event by tapping + New crew in the crew picker.
A crew link is a shareable URL anyone can tap to join your crew. Post it anywhere, like a group chat, email, website, or social media, and people who tap add themselves with their name and phone number.
Find it on any crew's detail page. Great for posting publicly and letting people opt in.
A crew QR code is the same as a crew link, but it's a scannable code. Print it on a flyer, post it at a meetup, or show it on your device for people to scan with their phone camera.
Anyone who scans adds themselves to the crew with their name and phone number. Find it on any crew's detail page.
Connect Google or Microsoft Contacts to sync your existing contacts in bulk. Type or paste a name and phone number when adding to a crew. Or share a crew link or QR code, and people add themselves automatically.
Connect Google or Microsoft Contacts from your Profile to import contacts in bulk. Funlet pulls names and phone numbers and adds them to your contacts. After the first import, funlet auto-syncs daily, so new contacts you add in Google or Microsoft show up in funlet the next day.
Funlet checks for duplicates by phone number. If the number already exists, funlet won't add it again and will show you who has that number already. Contacts with the same name but different numbers stay as separate contacts.
Connect Google or Outlook Calendar so funlet can check your availability when you're planning an event. Funlet sees your free and busy times to help you avoid conflicts on Invitations and pick good options on Sync-ups. Funlet never writes to your calendar or shares your availability with anyone else.
Open Profile and tap Connect next to Google Calendar or Outlook Calendar. You'll be taken to the provider to authorize funlet, then sent back to Profile. Connect both if you use both.
Funlet reads only your free and busy times. It doesn't see event titles, locations, attendees, or any other details. When you're planning, funlet uses your busy blocks to flag conflicts on Invitations and surface open times on Sync-ups. Your calendar stays private.
Funlet doesn't send calendar invites directly. When someone replies Yes or Maybe, their reply text shows Add to calendar buttons for Google or Outlook. One tap adds the event. For recurring events, the Yes-to-all reply gets a single button that adds all occurrences at once.
Invitees never connect a calendar to funlet. When they reply Yes or Maybe, their reply text shows Add to calendar and Event details buttons. Tapping Add to calendar opens their event page where they pick Google or Outlook to add the event.
When you disconnect, funlet stops checking your availability when you plan events. Existing events are unaffected. Invitees can still add events to their own calendars using the Add to calendar buttons after they reply. You can reconnect your calendar from Profile anytime.
The dashboard is where you see everything you’ve planned. Four tabs: Events for active and past Invitations, Sync-ups, and Pulse Checks, Crews for your saved groups, Contacts for the people you’ve added, and Latest for recent activity across all your events.
Each event shows up with the name, type, time, and response counts at a glance. Tap to go to the event details where you can see RSVPs and take action like nudging, adding people, sending a message, editing, or cancelling. Active events appear first, with past events below.
The Latest tab shows recent activity across all your events in one place: new RSVPs, vote results, nudges sent, events confirmed, cancellations. It's the quickest way to catch up on what's happened since you last checked. Tap any item to see event details.
Crews shows your saved groups of people, like "Dinner club" or "Pickleball crew." Tap a crew to add, remove, see members, or start a new event. Contacts shows everyone you’ve added to funlet. Tap a contact to edit their info, add them to a crew, or see their crews.
Open the Events tab and scroll down past your active events. Past events are listed below in reverse chronological order. Tap any one to see who responded, who came, and the full event details.
The Text me updates toggle in Profile sends you texts when key things happen: Invitations, Sync-ups, or Pulse Checks sent, responses completed, an invitation fills up or opens a spot, an Invitation’s details change, Auto-nudges paused, or new crew messages.
Turning updates off doesn't affect any funlet functionality.
Funlet uses your phone number as your account identity, so the same account works whether you use funlet through Claude, ChatGPT, any AI agent, or the web. It's also used for the Text me updates toggle if you turn that on. Funlet never shares your number with anyone.
